This website is hosted by SquareSpace. I receive an email notification of each comment left on my tutorials and blog posts, to enable me to respond quickly. SquareSpace also provides me with basic website analytics, for example statistics about popular content and referring websites. I receive no personal details as part of these analytics. Contact form and email:

When you get in touch with me via this website's contact form or via email, I need you to provide your name and email address so that I can reply. I store these contact emails within my email provider as a record of our discussion should I need to refer back to it. This information is private and will never be shared.

Pattern sales:

This website's shopping cart function is provided by Ravelry. When a purchase is made through this function or on Ravelry's website, I receive a copy of each pattern-download email received by the purchaser, to provide me with proof of delivery. Ravelry stores usernames and email addresses linked to purchase records, which I have access to through their website. This information is private and will never be shared.
